Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frank And Oak pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original reusable shipping bag or box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
